Описание:	Villa Iolanda is a new 3 bedroom villa made from local natural stone. Only a mile from Ostuni and all shops. bars and restaurants. There is air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms also in the lounge. An alarm. video entry phone and electric gates.there is also a safety deposit box.As there are steps at both entrances to the villa. this villa may not suit wheelchair users.Outside there is a barbecue. illuminated swimming pool. outside lighting. 4 sun loungers and an outside shower. The verandah has a dining table and 8 chairs. Roof terrace with 2 sun loungers and a bistro set. Please note the pool is not gated and there are steps from the shallow end entering the pool. however there are no steps at the deep end. which is 2 meters deep. therefore children and non-swimmers should be supervised at all times.The nearest beach is Torre Pozzella. which is 7 miles away. There are many other blue flag beaches in the area such as Costa Merlata and Rosa Marina. Other beaches nearby include Torre Canne. Gorgognolo. Pantanagianni. Pilone and Lido Morelli. There is also a small port at Villanova. which has some excellent seafood restaurants.5 golf courses within 1 hour. The nearest being at Savelletri. which is 25 minutes away.In the area. there is a zoo/theme park. horse riding schools. cookery courses. art courses and various caves. grottoes and Roman excavations. Alberobello is a big tourist attraction with all the Trulli. and is a UNESCO world heritage site.Flights from Stansted to Bari and Brindisi (Ryanair) and from Gatwick to Bari (British Airways) Bari is 1 hour by car and Brindisi is 25 minutes by car. Alternatively. there are regular flights to Naples (3 hours drive) and Rome (5 hours drive).Ostuni is the nearest town and is 1 mile away. Carovigno is 3-4 miles away. Ceglie Messapica.Cisternino. Martina Franca and Locorotondo are all less than 10 miles away. Alberobello is 15 miles away and Lecce is 50 minutes by car.The nearest bars. supermarkets and shops are 1 mile away. The nearest restaurants are Masseria Salinola (half a mile) and Ristorante da Gigione (three quarters of a mile) the nearest Bank is 1 1/2 miles away.To book. please email or phone. Initially a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. plus a £300 refundable payment for breakages. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure. Please note there is a charge payable locally for late arrivals of 100 euros. However. half of this will be refunded upon return with the breakages deposit.
